Global, the Japanese knife maker that creates wonderful design kitchen knives have multiple 3 piece knife sets. These starter sets are perfect to begin your collection of premium kitchen knives by Global, but also ideal for most meal preparations.

They look very similar, the only difference is that the main knife is either a traditional 8 inch Chef’s knife or a 8 inch Santoku with hollow edge, the Japanese chef’s knife.
